N\u00b0 463 de 19 de diciembre de 2013, en Bolivia.\u00a0Esta ley establece al SEPDEP como una instituci\u00f3n descentralizada.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Su funci\u00f3n principal es la defensa penal p\u00fablica gratuita para personas denunciadas, imputadas o procesadas penalmente que no tienen recursos econ\u00f3micos o no
